Nova Science Publishers will publish in 2019 “Twitter: Global Perspectives, Uses and Research Techniques”, a collection of edited chapters looking at media and journalistic-related uses of Twitter.

My chapter examines how larger Finnish and Swedish companies have, for public relations purposes, been using Twitter to determine positive use attributes that may be emulated by others, as well as consider areas that may be ripe for improvement.
